Today’s Soundtrack: Cydemind – Erosion – Canadian Progressive Metal   The soundtrack of my four-mile run this morning was Erosion the latest release from the Canadian Progressive Metal band Cydemind. Blind Ego’s Liquid Powers a Good Walk

  The Walk (not the run!) I know that I was supposed to run yesterday. But first we had to do some shopping before the Eagles game. Then after the end of that upsetting loss to the Giants I was in no mood to run. However, I didn’t want to totally avoid exercise so I decided to walk instead. Eternal Wanderers and a Late Afternoon Walk

Is there a better name for a Neo-Prog Group to Power a Walk than Eternal Wanderers? The Walk So yesterday I actually got off my butt again and went for a walk! This one was a 3.1 mile walk at pace of 15:20 /mile which means the walk lasted 47 minutes and 34 seconds!
