Michael Brant DeMaria Starts The Day Last Thursday I had a good day at Target quiet and peaceful and nobody knew the reason. It all started adter I had completed my pre-Target yoga routine. When I first started listening to current Prog I discovered that most of the albums I liked were Neo-Prog bands. New CDs From the Princeton Record Exchange – Yeah!

While we were raising four kids my wife and I rarely spent money on ourselves. So when it came time that two oldest boys started to buy CDs,  I was thrilled when we found Tunes Used CD store in Marlton,N.J. At the time they had bins and bins of  cheap used CDs. Thanks to the fact that my taste was slightly different than their typical clientele my CD collection skyrocketed. Over the last month Peaceful Being the debut album from Richard Noll has been he soundtrack for many of my morning yoga routines and meditations. Overall, it has become one of my favorite albums. And listening to it has led to some of the most relaxing and calming meditations I have ever had. Thoughts About My Music Listening Ok so this morning as I was writing my morning post I listened to Ann Sweeten’s 2016 release Where Butterflies Dance. A Trip to The Princeton Record Exchange Creates Eclectic Playlist

So a couple of Fridays ago, my wife went to the New Jersey State Archives to do some genealogical research. Since I did not have any research to do, I decided to head to the Princeton Record Exchange to spend my two-year old gift certificate. A Walk/Jog with a New Fitness Tracker and A New Album from Day Six!

So last week I was searching on Amazon for fitness trackers. The main problem was that I wanted a tracker that had a heart rate monitor and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I discovered the Letscom Smart Bracelet. It does just about everything my Fitbit Charge HR does (except count floors) and does it for around $ 27.00. Needless to say I purchased it and have been using it over the last several days. It seems to be working fairly well the step counts are consistent with the counts that I got from using the Fitbit.
